I've been haunted a lot lately by my food demons.
I know a lot about nutrition, and learning about holistic nutrition is one of my hobbies -- but that isn't enough to stop my food demons.
The little voices in my head that want me to eat pure garbage.
I've been on a junk food binge for a couple of weeks now. I crave crap like: cheeto puffs, Dr. Pepper, candy of various sorts, chocolate pudding, cheese and cheesy foods in obscene amounts. And I've been giving into the cravings a lot more than I should.
The most difficult part with dealing with these demons is that I know exactly what kind of havoc I'm creating in my body by eating these things. And yet, I still do it.
Here's hoping this particular binge phase is short-lived and not soon to return.
